If ever you have money, RSVP's, or other important information to turn in….it goes in the BLUE BOX attached to the wall in the band hall. It has a lock on it. Please make sure your information is clearly marked. If turning in a check, please make sure the students name is in the "memo" line of the check and clearly mark with the check is for. If you are turning in cash, please always use a sealed envelope with the amount, the students name and what the payment is for clearly marked on the envelope.

Band forms are now overdue. Students who have not turned in completed forms cannot participate or travel with the band to games. Please be sure your student has also signed the Policy Agreement form and turned it in.

Seniors~ Band Scholarships
Seniors~ Band Scholarships
The Band Boosters will be giving out scholarships to seniors at our end of year concert. The attached form must be completed and turned into Mr. Choate by Friday, May 10 in order to be considered for a scholarship. You may either hand write or type your application, but all information must be complete and turned in by the deadline of May 10, 2013 in order to be considered.
Booster Board - Open Positions
There are still several open positions that we would like to fill as soon as possible as we move forward making preparations for next year. Please contact Nancee Pyper if you are interested in any of these openings at nancee.pyper@sbcglobal.net
Executive Board -
President - The President shall preside over all Executive Committee meetings and regular Club meetings, appoint special committees as needed, and be ex officio member of the same; notify Executive Committee of the time of meetings, and perform all other duties usually pertaining to the office of President.
Assistant Treasurer - This person would assist the treasurer with gathering money and keeping the expenses of the band moving smoothly. This person would work closely under the treasurer.
Committees -
Assistant Flag Committee Member - This person would work closely with the Fundraising VP and Flag committee chairman to see that flag days run smoothly.
Meal Plan Coordinator - This person organizes all of the meals for game days and competitions per the Meal Plan. Coordinates delivery and meal hand out on game days. This person needs to be available early afternoons to coordinate the meals on these days.
Hospitality - Looking for two people to head our Hospitality Committee - this committee handles our Kick off dinner at the beginning of the school year, End of Marching Season Dinner, concert refreshments in December and May, and Band Banquet usually held in April.

Berri Swirl Frozen Yogurt, next to iT'Z and Movie Tavern on Highway 249, will provide 10 % of the applicable sales, requested using the band's special code, as band donations. Band members and friends of the band can purchase frozen yogurt using the code CCBBS (It stands for Cypress Creek Band Berri Swirl to help you remember the code!). So have some great tasting yogurt, use the code and tell your friends and family who would like to support the band. Also, let them know at Berri Swirl just how much we appreciate their support!!
